Andy Cohen makes major ‘The Real Housewives’ announcement for 2026
Andy Cohen teases return of The Real Housewives’s ‘Ultimate Girls Trip’
Andy Cohen had BravoCon buzzing when he unveiled a major update for The Real Housewives universe, and it’s one that longtime fans are already calling a dream crossover.
During an Ask Andy panel on Nov. 16, the Bravo boss revealed that The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip is evolving into a brand-new “special event series” coming in 2026.
Titled The Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip, the upcoming show will bring together iconic Housewives from over the years for a franchise-spanning adventure unlike anything Bravo has done before.
“This is going to rock your world,” Cohen told the cheering Las Vegas crowd as he shared the news.
According to the official description, Ultimate Road Trip will follow a cast of “beloved Housewives” as they travel through some of the franchise’s most legendary locations, beginning in Orange County, the birthplace of the original series, before ending on the East Coast with a major finale.
Fans can expect meaningful reunions, emotional moments, classic Housewives humour, and the kind of big personalities that have defined the franchise for nearly two decades.
At each stop along the way, favourite faces from different cities will appear to celebrate the history of the Housewives, honour its evolution, and look toward the road still ahead.
Frances Berwick, Chairman of Bravo and Peacock Unscripted, called the series “a love letter to the women who turned a reality television show into a cultural phenomenon, and the fans who’ve been there for every laugh, gasp, toast, and table turn.”
Ultimate Girls Trip first launched in 2021 with a Turks and Caicos getaway and has since taken viewers to the Berkshires, Thailand and Saint Barts.
Now, with Ultimate Road Trip, Bravo is raising the stakes and celebrating its Housewives legacy in a way that feels both nostalgic and new.
For fans, 2026 can’t come fast enough.
