Ben Affleck’s shocking reaction to Ana de Armas’ breakup revealed

Ben Affleck’s reaction to ex-girlfriend Ana de Armas’ recent split from Tom Cruise has been revealed — and according to insiders, the actor couldn’t be happier about it.

Affleck, who dated the Ghosted star between 2019 and 2021, is reportedly “happy” that Ana is “back on the market” following her sudden breakup with the Mission: Impossible actor.

The pair’s split was confirmed last week, with sources revealing they parted ways sometime after July, following romantic getaways in Vermont and Menorca, Spain.

Now, a source claims that Affleck is seriously considering reconnecting with his former flame. “He’s planning to reach out and check in; he basically wants to test the waters and see what his chances are for a reunion,” the insider told Closer magazine.

“He’d love to see if there’s something there because she’s someone he hasn’t been able to forget.”

The source added that even during his marriage to Jennifer Lopez, Affleck continued to mention Ana fondly to friends. 

“Even when he was with J.Lo, he’d bring her up and talk about how great she is. Their chemistry was off the charts, but the timing was all wrong back then,” they shared.

Meanwhile, a separate insider recently told People magazine that Ana and Tom Cruise have remained on good terms despite their split. 

“Tom is a dear friend and mentor to her, and she very much enjoys spending time with him,” the source said. “She’s single, though, and has been for a while.”
