Prince Andrew, Fergie put forward their demands in front of King Charles
Royal Lodge future: Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson make final decision
Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson are set to leave the disputed Royal Lodge, but they put forward their demands in front of King Charles.
The former couple still resides in the massive royal house despite facing a financial crisis, especially after the monarch stopped supporting his brother.
Following Andrew and Fergie's title drop, there is uproar as Britons and other well-wishers of the monarchy are asking Charles to cut all royal perks.
However, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie's father is adamant about leaving, asking for a new home and the money he spent on the renovation of Royal Lodge.
According to The Sun, Andrew said that after leaving the Lodge, he will be given Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's old home, Frogmore Cottage, in Windsor.
On the other hand, the 66-year-old author has reportedly expressed her desire to relocate to nearby Adelaide Cottage after Prince William and Princess Kate's departure.
An insider shared, "No one is really sure how it’s going to go down at the Palace yet. Frogmore Cottage is too small for both, and Adelaide Cottage is around the corner, so they will see each other whenever they want."
"Both have space for their daughters, Eugenie and Beatrice and their families to visit," the source explained.
However, Buckingham Palace has not confirmed Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's next home as of now.
