King, William and Harry 'united' on social media dangers
Prince Andrew has recently given up his royal titles and honours including the Duke of York
Despite their significant differences, King Charles, Prince William, and Prince Harry, share a common concern about the dangers of social media.
Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond highlighted that their collective focus on the responsible use of social media platforms is a positive development.
She told the Mirror: 'All three, Charles, William and Harry are becoming more vocal about the dangers of social media. And I think they are voicing the concerns of so many of us. It is a valid and impactful use of their platforms. But I do not think it has any bearing on a full reconciliation between the King and Harry.'
Bond also expressed cautious optimism about a potential reconciliation between the Sussexes and the Royal Family.
She noted that while such a reconciliation may currently be on hold, it remains a possibility for the future.
She added:
'Hopefully that is still bubbling on behind the scenes, which is exactly where it must remain if there is to be any hope of seeing them together again. I do think the King has enough on his plate at the moment with the Andrew crisis and his work as Sovereign, there can't be much room left in his head to deal with his younger son.'
For context, the royal family is grappling with the aftermath of the publication of Virginia Giuffre's posthumous memoir, which alleges s**ual encounters with Prince Andrew when she was just 17.
