Salesforce levels up AI capabilities with Agentforce 360 global launch
The most distinguished feature of Agentforce 360 is Agent Script which will be rolled out in beta in November.
Salesforce has announced plans to globally launch its artificial intelligence platform “Agentforce 360” globally to level up AI capabilities.
The platform is equipped with cloud-based tools to help clients automate routine tasks.
In the midst of the AI boom, the tech firms are striving hard to maintain their dominance in a crowded market as clients are relying on agentic AI for certain tasks.
Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff said, “Agentforce 360 connects humans, agents and data on one trusted platform.”
The new version of Agentforce will feature new ways to instruct AI agents through texts. It also includes new infrastructure for messaging app Slack.
The most distinguished feature of Agentforce 360 is Agent Script which will be rolled out in beta in November.
By using Agent Script, the users can program their own AI agents to better respond to “if or then” situations, allowing AI agents to be programmed better for less rigid situations.
Salesforce’s workplace messaging tool Slack would allow workers to use conversational AI in chats to complete tasks and gather data with security controls.
