Prince Harry, who's in the UK on his four-day trip, has left Britons in surprise with latest win.

The Duke of Sussex has worn the crown of the 'most googled royal', leaving other family members behind him, according to a new report.

It has been revealed by the Click Intelligence as the organization analysed data and Google searches between September 2024 and August 2025.

The data showed Prince Harry, King Charles III's youngest son, was the most searched royal family member on Google, garnering around 2.2million individual searches.

Revealing the reason behind this, digital marketing expert and co-founder of Click Intelligence, Simon Brisk, claimed tension surrounding Harry and Meghan's disruptive role within the royal family is driving this fascination online.

The expert added: "In my view, what makes them different is that people aren't searching to understand their place in the monarchy. They're searching to follow their story. That's why Harry and Meghan consistently outpace even the King in Google searches."

Brisk continued: "Harry and Meghan are the most Googled because they sit at the crossroads of tradition and disruption.

"They are Royals who chose to walk away, but they still carry the titles, the history, and the intrigue that come with the monarchy. That tension makes them endlessly fascinating to the public."

"For Harry, the curiosity comes from unresolved family drama. Every rumour about a reconciliation with his father or brother feels like a cliffhanger in an ongoing series, and people search because they want to know what happens next," the expert explained.

Other members of the Royal Family have seen monthly increases in their searches. Last September, searches for Princess Kate reached an average of 135,000 following a video message from the Princess of Wales that she was now cancer-free.

In previous years, it was King Charles who dominated the online searches with interest in Charles spiking in 2023 during his Coronation and in January 2024 following his cancer diagnosis.

Prince Harry is currently in the UK to attend charity endeavours, starting with the WellChild Awards this evening on September 8.

It is an annual event celebrating the inspirational qualities of children and young people facing serious illnesses or disabilities in the UK.
