Margot Robbie shares rare insight into her life as first-time mother
Hollywood star reveals her sweet journey to motherhood in a new interview
Margot Robbie has recently shared rare insight into her motherhood journey nine months after welcoming her first child with husband Tom Ackerley.
The Barbie actress revealed she’s enjoying each moment as a mother in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
Margot, who is currently promoting her new movie A Big Bold Beautiful Journey, reflected on becoming a mom for the first time.
“It's like when you try to explain to someone who has kids, you don't need to because they get it, and if they don't, it’s probably just really boring to hear,” said the 35-year-old.
Therefore, the Don’t Worry Darling star added, “It’s kind of like, ‘It’s the best’.”
The two new parents are said to be over the moon with their son.
Earlier in November 2024, a source spoke to PEOPLE that Margot and her husband “waited a long time to get pregnant, so it was almost unbelievable when the baby actually arrived”.
“They've both been settling into being parents,” remarked an insider.
The source told the outlet, “They're homebodies so it's been lovely to spend the time just them, at home with him.”
In another interview with Vanity Fair, Margot talked about her longest break she took because of her pregnancy.
Now returning to the big screen alongside Colin Farrell in A Big Bold Beautiful Journey, the actress recalled she felt scared to walk onto the Big Bold set on day one, but it wasn't.
“Everything about this movie was immediately comfortable,” stated Margot.
