Katie Price is in severe crisis mode as the landlord plans to sell her home.
The 47-year-old former glamour model recently revealed she may soon find herself without a home as she is being forced to leave her current rental property-costing £5,000 a month-just a year after being evicted from her infamous Mucky Mansion.
Katie has been living in a four-bedroom Tudor-style house in rural Sussex for the past eight months.
However, during a new episode of The Katie Price Show podcast, which she co-hosts with her sister, she admitted she's now having trouble securing a guarantor for a new place to live.
'I was supposed to have this place for about two years. The guy who owns it such a nice guy-he let me have the place even though I did not have a guarantor.'
And I have been on time with all the payments, as you should, bills, and everything. But now he wants to sell it.'
Katie previously lived in her well-known 'Mucky Mansion,' which she purchased in 2014 from Conservative peer Francis Maude.
However, the property was listed for sale and eventually sold in December following her eviction, prompted by ongoing financial troubles and her second bankruptcy declaration in March 2024.
