Royal family's true feelings on Meghan Markle 'tell the truth' remark unveiled
Meghan Markle suffers major blow from royal family after her fresh swipe
Meghan Markle received an upsetting update from Buckingham Palace after her "tell the truth" remark, which was understood as a subtle swipe at royals.
For the unversed, the Duchess of Sussex recently appeared on Aspire by Emma Grede podcast to talk about her lifestyle brand As Ever and other life choices.
During the conversation, the host asked the Duchess, "If you could rewrite your public narrative from scratch, is there anything that you would do differently?"
In response, Meghan said, "Yes, I would ask people to tell the truth," without mentioning the clear incident. However, she later opened up about a 'lie' told when she was a working royal.
Now, royal expert Jennie Bond told the Mirror, "I imagine they may see a passing headline about Meghan's latest exploits, but I very much doubt that any of them take much notice about what she is doing or saying."
"She is someone they knew for a very brief period of time," she said.
"I don't think Meghan forged a meaningful relationship with any of the royal family – except, obviously, her husband. And so I think she is viewed as irrelevant by most of the family," Jennie claimed.
No official comments have been made by Palace officials regarding Meghan Markle's alleged dig.
