Meghan Markle is raising a toast to Prince Harry and Prince William’s late mom.
On Friday, June 21, the Duchess of Sussex announced her brand As Ever’s first-ever alcohol product: a Napa Valley rosé set to go on sale July 1. The launch date quickly caught attention for falling on what would’ve been Princess Diana’s 64th birthday.
Described as having “soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish,” the rosé marks a new direction for the brand, which previously focused on small-batch kitchen goods like jam and honey.
“Launching just in time for summer entertaining,” per Meghan, the wine joins a restock of fan favourites that sold out quickly after As Ever’s initial April debut.
The second drop, released Friday, followed a familiar pattern. Products were gone within minutes — again leaving some shoppers empty-handed.
“We spent so much time making sure we had SO much more inventory,” Meghan, 43, said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories just an hour after the launch.
“It’s why we took the time, and you guys are doing it again! We’re nearly sold out on everything, and I can’t believe it. Even flower sprinkles.”
