Prince William's birthday post sparks wave of well wishes from Royal fans. 

The Prince of Wales turns 43 today and the official social media account he manages with his wife, Kate Middleton, marked the occasion by posting a stunning photo of the future King sitting beside his black cocker spaniel, Orla, along with her adorable litter of puppies. 

The sweet post sparked an outpouring of birthday wishes and heartfelt comments from well wishers, many praising Prince William's dedication to his royal role and family. 

One fan wrote: 'Happy birthday Prince William. Live long and prosper. Keep doing work for royalty and may you have a wonderful birthday.' 

Someone else commented: 'Happy birthday, Prince William. I hope you have a wonderful day with Catherine, George, Charlotte, and Louis. Your mum would be so proud of them, husband and father you have become.' 

Another shared: 'Take a break from saving the world for five minutes, enjoy some cake, may be let the dogs steal a bite or two. You have earned it. Here's to another year of doing good work and keeping it real.' 

To note, King Charles and Queen Camilla also joined in the birthday celebrations by sharing a personal tribute to Prince William, posting a picture of him visiting farmland on the Duchy of Cornwall estate near Bath.
