Kate Middleton 'speaks' to King Charles, Harry for Archie, Lilibet's future
Prince William's wife takes meaningful step for Archie and Lilibet despite tensions with Sussexes
Kate Middleton once again became a mediator between Prince Harry and the royal family for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's sake.
Closer Magazine reported that the Princess of Wales has been convincing the monarch and the Duke of Sussex to break the ice via video calls as Charles is "upset" over distance from his grandchildren.
The source said, "It breaks Charles' heart that he hasn’t been able to build a relationship with Archie and Lilibet – he’s already missed so many milestones that he can never get back."
"The hope is that Harry will stop being so hardheaded and bring the kids over to spend time with their grandfather but, so far, he hasn’t made any moves towards that – so Kate is scrambling to find some sort of solution," an insider shared.
Princess Kate understands that time is "precious" and should not be wasted on feud, especially amid King Charles' cancer battle.
Catherine believes that the "only solution" for now in order to build bond between the monarch and the Sussexes is over "video calls."
"Kate is trying to make that happen and has spoken to both Charles and Harry about the possibility of setting up regular chats," the source shared.
An insider claimed it could be a "small step" towards "healing" the dispute between the King and Harry.
Catherine "thinks Harry will regret cutting off his father if anything happens to him."
