Duchess of Edinburgh has worn her Infinity Pendant since 2017
The Duchess of Edinburgh turned heads at Trooping the Colour 2025 as she attended the King’s Birthday Parade without her daughter, Lady Louise Windsor.
Sophie made a striking solo appearance in a rich forest green ensemble, exuding elegance in a silk dress with three-quarter puff sleeves.
She completed the look with a chic pillbox hat in a matching hue, adding a classic royal flourish.
The Duchess accessorised with gold jewellery including her signature G. Collins and Sons Diamond Set Infinity Pendant, a sentimental piece she’s worn consistently since 2017.
The pendant, described as featuring "bold and organic lines" with "a spray of diamonds set into the centre piece and a halo of diamonds surrounding it," was last seen at the VE Day commemorations in May.
Its open work design gives it versatility perfect worn over clothing or directly against the skin.
The Duchess completed her look with an elegant updo and soft, glowing makeup that subtly enhanced her features.
Her choice of deep green offered a bold contrast to the traditional pastels typically favoured by royal women at the summer parade, and marked a distinct shift from last year’s butter yellow ensemble.
Though she attended solo, Sophie’s children had good reason for their absence.
