Princess Anne and Duchess Sophie made a rare joint appearance to support cancer-stricken King Charles at a special event which took place in Windsor Castle.
To honour the recipients of the King’s Award for Enterprise 2025, the monarch hosted a lovely gathering which was attended by senior royals including the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, the Princess Royal and the Duke of Gloucester.
The reception was arranged for amazing British industry success stories and the guests shared with the monarch about the 'boost' this award gives to their businesses.
According to Rebecca English, a renowned royal commentator, King Charles talked to Lisa Kay, who is famous for her shoe brand.
She revealed that Queen Camilla loves wearing shoes of her brand. In response, the monarch said, "She likes a heel that is not too narrow."
"Yes a block heel," said Lisa. "Yes, yes a block heel. It gets a bit harder to walk in heels as you get older," Prince William's father added.
In a video shared by Rebeeca on her Instagram page, Anne and Sophie were spotted beaming with joy as they interacted with King Charles' guests.
Speaking of the importance of the King’s Award for Enterprise, the royal author said, "Instituted by Queen Elizabeth in 1965, the awards are the most prestigious business honour in the UK."
She revealed, "His Majesty was told that it provided a 'massive boost' for businesses, particularly in markets like the United States. One guest told him: 'It was a shot in the arm.'"
