Sarah Ferguson made an emotional statement over the heart-wrenching incident in Liverpool.
The Duchess of York joined King Charles and other senior members of the royal family to extend prayers and wishes for the victims, survivors and rescue workers affected by the tragic accident.
Prince Andrew's former wife wrote on her Instagram stories, "My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the distressing events at yesterday's Premier League title parade in Liverpool."
