Chris Evans may feature for cameo in 'Avengers: Doomsday'
Chris Evans, who remained a mainstay at Marvel for portraying Captain America, finally stepped back from the role in 2025.
Captain America: Brave New World features Anthony Mackie in the titular role this time.
For the unversed, Evans’ Steve Rogers handed over his shield in the Avengers: Endgame to Mackie’s Sam Wilson.
In a recent interview, the 46-year-old revealed that the 43-year-old OG star sent him a special 'congratulatory' message after the release of the new Marvel film.
The 8 Mile actor opened that he has not met the Gifted actor since their last meeting at Marvel, but they do remain in touch.
Anthony told E! News, "I haven't talked to him. I just got a text from him saying 'good job' and that he loved the movie.”
“I haven't talked to him because we've both been running around. He's been in, like middle Europe somewhere, working."
Chris has been a vital part of the MCU. After depicting the key character in multiple films, the actor retired after eights on a positive note.
However, there are speculation that the Fantastic Four actor might appear in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.
