Matthew Lawrence, best known for his roles in Boy Meets World and Mrs. Doubtfire, has recently opened up about stage fright that followed him throughout his long career.
The 45-year-old star, first won hearts as a kid in Mrs. Doubtfire with the late Robin Williams and later became a familiar face because of his role in Boy Meets World. But after appearing on The Masked Singer, Lawrence admitted that he has been saying no to the shows for years years now because crowd still makes him nervous.
The actor shared with FoxNewsDigital: "I have a bit of stage fright when it comes to singing in front of large audiences, believe it or not. And acting is a whole different thing for me.
"I spent, you know, the last decade or so saying no to anything singing, and I was really acting out of fear."
Matthew now hosts the Brotherly Love podcast with his brothers, Joey and Andrew. He finally found the courage to join The Masked Singer by following his own advice.
