Dwayne Johnson reveals he couldn't keep a straight face and had to reshoot scenes several times
Chris Evans’ humour had his co-star Dwayne Johnson laughing all through filming for their latest movie Red One.
During the Berlin premiere on November 3, the 52-year-old star commented on his on-set chemistry with Evans.
When questioned about how he maintained composure during funny scenes, Johnson quickly replied, "'Because I'm a pro."
He laughed and confessed that he actually couldn’t keep a straight face and often broke character during scenes.
"No, so many times I laughed. I am notorious for ruining takes," the actor said.
"I laugh, it's just what happens," he added.
The Jumanji actor commended the 43-year-old’s comedic timing, describing him as a talented actor with a great sense of humour.
He further revealed that he and the Gifted actor believed they would get along really well, which turned out to be true.
"I thought earlier that maybe me and Chris might have some good chemistry. So did he, and we did," he gladly expressed.
The comedic-action film follows an E.L.F task force commander teaming up with a bounty hunter to save Christmas.
Johnson takes on the role of Callum Drift, while Evans plays Jack O’Malley.
