Amy Adams’ rare comment on playing Taylor Swift's publicist in biopic
Amy Adams opens up about becoming a Swifte at 50 during Jimmy Fallon Show
Amy Adams has recently shared her reaction to playing Taylor Swift’s publicist in a biopic.
During an appearance on the latest episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Enchanted star responded to a question regarding online petition for her to play Taylor’s publicist Tree Paine, in a biopic.
To which, Amy happily replied, “That would be amazing.”
Jimmy also shared a tweet from internet sensation Hunter Harris, which read, “Amy Adams will win an Oscar for Tree Paine’s biopic.”
“That would be so fun… If it got me close to Taylor then that would be fun,” said the Justice League actress.
Elsewhere on the show, Amy revealed she had finally become a Swifie at 50.
“I’ve always liked her music and appreciated her, and then I went to the Eras Tour,” continued the Nightbitch actress.
Amy stated, “A friend of mine had a ticket and then I became a Swiftie at 50.”
“I’m a Swiftie at 50, so I’m like a shifty Swiftie 50,” quipped the American Hustle actress.
Amy further said, “And then I’m like, ‘Isn’t that nifty?’ And my daughter’s going, ‘Oh, I hate this for you.’”
Reflecting on her concert experience, the actress added, “I suddenly went from, like, normal, to, like, ‘I’ll take all the friendship bracelets.’”
