Jennifer Aniston unhappy with 'Friends' storyline?
'Friends' one storyline was not liked by any of the cast members
TV show Friends is one of those evergreen sitcoms that still remains undeniably popular even after so many years of its release.
Where fans love its cast members, their chemistry, plot, dialogues and comic timing, they also believed that there was a flaw in one its storylines.
That storyline is not only disliked by fans but rather the members of the show including Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Courtney Cox, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow and Matthew Perry disliked the part.
The famous 90s show had multiple storylines with Monic Geller and Chandler Bing’s romance being the most favourite one.
However, the romantic angle among Joey and Rachel were not popular reason being latter’s existing relationship with Ross.
Ross and Rachel’s love grew over years and then adding another love interest among the two made it sure that one of the boys will get hurt in the end.
LeBlanc, who played Joey, himself confessed that none of the cast members were happy with the plot, including Aniston, who also felt it inappropriate and was super-defensive about the whole thing.
He told Vanity: “It felt wildly inappropriate. That’s how close we all were to the character. I was like, ‘That’s Rachel. She was supposed to be with Ross. Wait a minute.’ Everybody got super-defensive about the whole thing.”
Nobody liked the this plot in Friends that eventually broke Joey’s heart and changed him.
