Lady Gaga has seemingly expressed disappointment with the post-production of her new movie, Joker: Folie à Deux, as several key scenes were edited from the film's climax.
An insider has exclusively revealed to Life & Style magazine that the 38-year-old singer-turned-actress was completely shocked and devastated after watching the final cut of the film.
The source shared, "She was not only irate, embarrassed and shocked over how most of her scenes were excised but also furious about how the songs were presented."
"There were all these awkward shifts from violence and dread to upbeat, jazzy songs. It made her look foolish and inept," the tipster revealed.
Speaking more of the chopped-off scenes, the insider claimed that even the songs in the film have brutally flopped at the box office and only one song titled Waltz, which was written by Gaga has become a success.
The tipster called out the makers of the movie and dubbed their efforts 'pointless, low effort and forgettable.'
Moreover, the source disclosed that A Star is Born actress is aiming to take a long break from her acting journey and decided to refocus on her musical career.
The Insider added, "It was a wake-up call that she needed, A pretty clear message that she’s a singer and songwriter first — and an actor, second."
