Zara, Mike Tindall issue major life update amid King Charles absence

Zara and Mike Tindall marked a delightful milestone amid King Charles's headline-making Australia tour.

The former rugby player shared glimpses from his birthday weekend, featuring his better half and some close plas.

The renowned members of the royal family were beaming with joy at the birthday boy's lunch and yacht party in Barcelona, Spain. 

Mike captioned his fun-filled post, "What a birthday weekend!! Thanks to @georgieainslie @benainslie for having us along with the whole team @ineosbritannia ! Gutted not to see the comebacks of comebacks but and incredible experience non the less."

He added, "Barcelona rocked it also!!! @johnabassadone was simply the best host and @iainbalshaw brought the laughs!!"

Zara and Mike were previously dubbed a great asset for the royal family, especially amid King and Kate Middleton's health woes.

A former royal butler, Paul Burrell, claimed that King Charles's niece Zara and her husband might play key roles in the future.

It is important to note that Zara and Mike shared this major life update amid the monarch's absence from the UK.

For the unversed, King Charles and Queen Camilla are currently in Australia for an eight-day royal tour.

Notably, it is King's first big foreign visit since ascending the throne and cancer diagnosis.
