King Charles' uplifting health update reassures royal fans: 'Tough man'
King Charles's stepson makes rare comments about the monarch's ongoing cancer treatment
King Charles's stepson, Tom Parker Bowles, shared a major update about the monarch's ongoing battle with cancer.
Queen Camilla's son opened up about his concerns as the monarch undergoing cancer treatment while promoting his upcoming cookbook, Cooking and the Crown: Royal Recipes from Queen Victoria to King Charles III.
In a conversation with British Vogue, he said, "Cancer, it really is a bastard."
He added, "The King’s having the best treatment. He’s a great man and a tough man, and you’ve just got to get on with it. Of course, anyone who has someone they love with cancer is going to worry."
It is important to note that Buckingham Palace announced in February 2024 that King Charles was diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer, leaving royal fans devastated.
However, the monarch did not give up and continued his royal engagements despite his treatment.
Moreover, the monarch is all set to travel to Australia and Samoa for important meetings in October.
Earlier, Daily Mail reported that the King's "health has to remain the number one priority, albeit heading in a very positive trajectory."
