Britney Spears made ex husband Sam Asghari fear for his life: Report
Britney Spears reportedly went off the rails following the end of her 13-year-long conservatorship
Sam Asghari “got the worst” of then-wife Britney Spears’ alleged breakdown following the end of her conservatorship, per a new report.
An insider recently claimed to In Touch Weekly that The Princess of Pop, 42, went off the rails after her 13-year-long conservatorship was finally terminated in late 2021. During this time, she was married to the actor and fitness model, whom she allegedly tried to kill in a fit of rage.
“Unfortunately, when she was free of her conservatorship, Sam got the worst of it,” the tipster noted.
They then went on to allege an incident that was the “one of the last straws” for Asghari, who filed for divorce from Spears in 2023 after just 14 months of marriage.
“Britney chased him with an ex,” the source claimed, elaborating, “It was during one of their epic fights and Sam couldn’t control her or talk her down.”
They continued, “Sam is not a confrontational person and he doesn’t like arguing. There was nothing he could do to calm her down this time.”
The only thing Asghari could do at that point was leave their Los Angeles home for his safety.
The source also claimed that “the axe incident definitely occurred when [Spears] was off her meds,” noting that recent talks of another conservatorship for Spears are completely well-founded.
