Miley Cyrus' 'Hannah Montana' moment with Brooke Shields' daughter goes viral

Brooke Shields recently shared an adorable Hannah Montana moment between Miley Cyrus and her daughter at The Chita Rivera Awards.

The 58-year-old actress, who played Cyrus’ mom on the iconic show, revealed that her daughter Rowan Francis was stunned by her role on the show and didn’t expect her to call the Black Mirror star as ‘baby girl’ on set.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE on Monday, May 20, Shields reflected on the moment shared by Cyrus and her daughter.

She said: “I think I was Miley Cyrus' mom. I think I was Hannah Montana's mom, sorry, not Miley, but Hannah!"

The actress continued: "Hannah was my baby girl. So, oh God, my daughter loved the show."

"We brought her to a taping and I failed to explain to her that when I called her (Cyrus) ‘baby girl’ she wasn't being replaced by this girl that she was on stage."

She then joked about her daughter creating “a little bit of a kerfuffle, so to speak.”

However, she confirmed that it was Miley, who helped calm the situation by assuring Rowan that “this is just pretend, thank you for letting me borrow your mama.”

Shields admitted “it was really sweet.”
