Han So Hee debuts at Cannes after controversial romance, breakup

Han So Hee made a graceful debut at the 77th Cannes Film Festival following her highly scrutinised romance and controversial breakup with Ryu Joon Yeol.

According to Allkpop, the Gyeongseong Creature star graced the red carpet of the prestigious film festival on Sunday, May 19, at the Lumière Grand Theatre in the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, south of France.

The 29-year-old actress was invited to attend the luxurious event as a brand ambassador for a French luxury jewellery brand.

For the red carpet appearance she opted for a pristine white spaghetti strap dress, featuring a fitted top, descending into a flowing lacey bottom and pulled back her locks in a messy braid.

For the official dinner, So Hee donned a green patterned dress adorned with floral embroidery and beaded single straps. She complemented the outfit with an elaborate patterned necklace and styled her sleek tresses in soft waves.

The Nevertheless actress made her Cannes debut nearly a month after she called it quits with the 37-year-old South Korean actor.

The two sparked dating rumours following a vacation in Hawaii. They first denied any romantic involvement, however, later their respective agencies confirmed the two dating only to announce their breakup after two weeks.
