RHONY star Leah McSweeney unveils shock diagnosis in latest update

RHONY alum Leah McSweeney recently revealed that she has been diagnosed with Lyme disease.

The Real Housewives of New York City alum took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, May 16, posting a screenshot of her test results.

She encouraged her followers to share relative success stories, fearing the aftermath of the said disease.

She shared the latter alongside a text that read: “IM SHOOK. Please send success stories of healing from Lyme.”

The 41-year-old reality star further noted: “It’s a new infection not chronic.”

In addition, McSweeney extended her heartfelt apologies to her friends for being ‘MIA’ (missing in action) since the past couple months.

She wrote: “Apologies to all my friends who I’ve canceled on in the past Couple months cus I was feeling like shit.”

The Bravo star dropped a photo, offering a glimpse into her condition with sixteen vials of blood.

She wrote atop the picture alongside a sarcastic reaction: “Everything is great”.

For the unversed, the TV personality has been through a lot recently, including her feud with the network and executive producer Andy Cohen for preying on her alcohol issues.
