Hush money trial: Donald Trump left alone by ‘embarrassed’ Melania, Ivanka
Ivanka Trump announces to not be politically involved with father any longer
As the hush money trial unfolds before our eyes with Donald Trump at its centre, his wife Melania and daughter Ivanka have repeatedly been missing from his side, which makes us wonder, are the Trump ladies embarrassed by the billionaire’s affairs?
The hush money case entails that the former United States president paid adult star Stormy Daniels $150,000 via his lawyer Michael Cohen before the 2016 presidential elections to keep their affair a secret, Vanity Fair reported.
Trump’s eldest daughter Ivanka, a senior advisor during her father's stint as president, has made it clear that she will not be politically involved with him anymore. Although she’s promised to support and love him from the sidelines.
An unnamed close friend reportedly told Page Six that, "One thing certain for Ivanka is that she will not be in court for the Stormy Daniels trial, and neither will Melania."
Adding they said: "The trial remains embarrassing for all the Trump women."
Melania’s former aid Stephanie Grisham has claimed that the former first lady feels "humiliated", and is not happy about the case coming to attention and shedding light on their relationship.
As per Daniels, the affair occurred during Melania’s pregnancy with Son Barron in 2006, a decade before Trump's presidency.
