Country music icon Reba McEntire has refuted claims of criticizing Taylor Swift, denying allegations made by a conservative Facebook page, America Loves Liberty.
The page alleged that McEntire expressed disappointment at Swift's behavior during the Super Bowl, accusing her of laughing and drinking during the National Anthem performance.
According to the Facebook post, she remarked, "I let her have it afterward. She's an entitled little brat."
However, now took to Instagram to address the rumors, urging her followers not to believe everything they see online.
She clarified, "Please don't believe everything you see on the Internet. I did not say this."
McEntire commended Swift as a "wonderful artist" and "strong role model," highlighting her positive contributions to the music industry and society at large.
Despite the online speculation, she reaffirmed her respect and admiration for Swift, emphasizing the need for caution when interpreting information circulated on the internet.
