In an emotional press conference, Philadelphia Eagles centre Jason Kelce announced his retirement on Monday from the National Football League (NFL) after playing 13 seasons with the Eagles, People reported.

The sportsman and his wife, Kylie, are parents to three daughters: Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 23 months, and Bennett, 12 months.
During the press conference thanking his wife, he said, "She has also given me three beautiful girls and a life that increasingly brings me more fulfilment off the field than it does on."
So now that he has officially retired from the NFL, what’s next for Kelce?
A career with Eagles
Despite announcing his retirement from the NFL, Kelce is not necessarily leaving the Philadelphia Eagles permanently!
Even though he is no longer a member of the team, the retiring centre has previously discussed the possibility of remaining connected with the organisation.
During an interview, he said, "I don’t know what’s going to happen for me, but I do know I still want to be involved in the organisation and still want to be a part of it, regardless of what the decision is."
In February 2024, Kelce opened up on "The Big Podcast with Shaq" about the possibility of coaching football after he retires from the NFL.
