MIRAMSHAH: Three people were killed in a missile strike by a CIA-operated drone on Friday in Shehzadkot village on the Miramshah-Dattakhel Road in North Waziristan Agency.

Villagers in Shehzadkot said the drone fired two missiles at a car. They said three men standing and talking to each other near the car were the targets of the missile attack. All three were killed.

The villagers later retrieved body parts of the slain men and buried them at a local graveyard. The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained though villagers insisted they were residents of the area. Villagers also said they saw six drones flying overhead during the attack on the car. Some news agencies, quoting official sources reported, that four persons were killed in the drone strike.
