Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) 25-Index managed to come out of bears’ control on last working day of the week, gaining 24 points to close at 6,282 points. The trading volume was lower than the volumes recorded in the previous day.
Out of 90 shares traded, the value of 25 increased, 13 decreased and there was no change in the value of 52 companies. Trading volume was 1.23 shares as compared to 1.33 million shares.
Bank of Limited was the volume leader with a turnover of 166,500 shares. D G Khan Cement Company Limited was the major gainer. Its share price was up Rs4.47.
