KOHAT: The TTP has claimed responsibility for attacks on the security forces in Quetta and Karachi.
Talking to reporters from an undisclosed location by phone, TTP spokesperson Muhammad Khurasani said that the Special Task Force of the TTP killed five spies of the police and the security forces in Karachi’s Baldia Ittehad Town, Ayesha Manzil, Korangi and Malir.
He said the TTP also killed two Levies personnel in Jhal Magsi and an assistant sub-inspector of the police in Quetta. Khurasani said that the TTP’s Special Task Force had been asked to target government officials across the country.
