As someone who uses van services like Airlift on a daily basis, dealing with the dilapidated state of our footpaths and pedestrian bridges is a source of daily tedium. Many places simply lack the aforementioned infrastructure, forcing one into a dangerous game of chicken with the oncoming traffic.
There is an urgent need to upgrade the state of our pedestrian walkways. I would also encourage the creation of more zebra-crossings.
