PTCL upgrades data warehouse

KARACHI: Teradata Corporation, the big data analytics and marketing applications company, announced on Tuesday that PTCL has deployed a state-of-the-art integrated data warehouse and business intelligence system, according to a PTCL press release.
The business intelligence (BI) system is a product of the two companies’ effort, it added.
The new system will enable PTCL to understand customers’ requirements for more efficient service through telecommunications delivery platforms.
