FIA summons PCB officials

LAHORE: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has summoned senior Logistics Department officials of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on the charges of getting commission from a tour operator to award them the contract every time, it is learnt.
A senior FIA official told The News on Wednesday that FIA has also summoned the management of the tour operator, the sole award-winning contract of managing tours of PCB officials for the last quite some time.
A complainant has approached FIA accusing PCB Logistics Department officials of getting commission to award the contract to the subject tour operator. Director Media of PCB Amjad Hussain was approached for his comments but he didn’t respond to calls.
