IGP visits Dir posts
PESHAWAR: In order to wish Eid greetings to the police personal deployed at the sensitive police posts the IGP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani Monday visited district lower Dir and inspected the police posts adjoining the Afghanistan border and Bajaur agency.
On this occassion the IGP appreciated the valour courage and professional commitment of the Jawans and distributed Eid gifts and cash rewards amongst the police personnel.
The IGP visited the advance police check posts of Maskeeni Darra and
Kotki situated at the boarder of Afghanistan and Bajaur agency.
The IGP met with the jawans present on duty and praised their bravery dedication and commitment to duty.
He boosted their morale by encouraging them to keep their spirit high.
It is pertinent to note that these police Jawans manning extremely sensitive zones by preventing the infiltration of militants and miscreants through valuable routs.
A large number of police personnal have embraced martyrdom while being deploying on these posts in service of the nation by defending the state.
Addressing the jawans the IGP informed that they were scarifying their happiness and pleasantries in line of duty on the sacred occasion of Eid ul Azha for which they will be rewarded by Allah Almighty with duly encouragement of the public.
The IGP repeatedly commanded the gallantry acts and extreme profession commitment of the Jawans performing duties in the volatile mountains regains and distributed Eid gifts and cash reward amongst them.
The IGP also visited the Maskeeni Bazar in lower Dir where he mingled with general public.
The general public become surprised and expressed satisfaction to find the IGP amongst themselves without any protocol.
