Minister for religious affairs returns after Haj operation
Islamabad:Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf was accorded a warm welcome at the Islamabad International Airport on his return from Saudi Arabia after supervising successful Haj operation.
Parliamentary Secretary Punjab Assembly, Malik Iftikhar Ahmad, Parliamentary Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Sardar Shahjehan Yousuf, Professor Sajjad Qamar, leaders of Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadees and traders community welcomed the Minister at the airport.
Talking to media, the minister said preparations for next year's Haj have already been started in light of the Haj policy and schedule shared by the Saudi government. Congratulating Hujjaj on successfully completing their sacred journey, he mentioned that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had clearly instructed him to leave no stone unturned to ensure comfort of the Guests of Allah.
Sardar Muhammad Yousaf also expressed profound gratitude to the Saudi leadership for their outstanding arrangements and generous hospitality. The Minister also acknowledged the important role of the media in effectively highlighting the Hajj operation and projecting a positive image of Pakistan, while keeping the pilgrims well-informed throughout their journey.
