India’s crimes
Pakistan has emerged victorious against a force more than ten times its size, marking a decisive and transformative moment in regional military dynamics. The prime minister deserves commendation for dispatching a delegation of respected and knowledgeable Pakistani representatives to highlight India’s hegemonic ambitions and its consistent violations of human rights. To effectively counter Indian propaganda – particularly its baseless claims of Pakistani-sponsored terrorism in IIOJK -- it is imperative that our delegation is thoroughly briefed. They must emphasise to the international community that these allegations are strategic diversions aimed at maligning the indigenous Kashmiri freedom struggle, which is firmly rooted in international law.
It is India’s own state machinery, not Pakistan, that stands accused of heinous crimes in Kashmir including false-flag operations, systematic genocide, arson, environmental destruction, sexual violence as a weapon of war, the blinding of innocents through banned pellet guns and countless other atrocities. These constitute the real face of terrorism and must be presented with clarity, courage and credible evidence.
