MULTAN: The Punjab Ombudsman’s Office is working diligently to promptly address public complaints of mismanagement in all public institutions within the province. The office has made it clear to all public sector departments that there is no room for compromising public relief.

Punjab Ombudsman Advisor Mahmood Javed Bhatti stated that the Ombudsman office is resolving public complaints of mismanagement in government institutions across the province for quick service delivery. During a seminar, Bhatti informed students about the scope and objectives of the Ombudsman Punjab and answered their questions. He also informed that individuals can report corruption and administrative complaints against provincial departments by mailing their complaints to regional offices or the head office in Lahore. Petitioners are notified of hearing dates and times via SMS, and their issues are resolved within 45 days.

Bhatti discussed the goals, objectives, efficiency, and performance of the provincial ombudsman, emphasising the commitment to providing justice to the people through 41 regional offices across the province. Efforts are being made to ensure justice is delivered effectively.
