Kate Middleton's daughter Princess Charlotte 'being schooled on huge issues'

Princess Charlotte, daughter of Kate Middleton and Prince William is said to be already receiving training from her great-aunt Princess Anne.

As she prepares to inherit the Princess Royal title in future, which currently belongs to Anne, Charlotte is receiving "royal apprenticeship" at the age of 10.

An insider told Radar Online, "Charlotte is learning how to hold a room's attention quietly. It's about observing others and knowing the right moments to step back – abilities most people only develop much later in life."

They went on to add about Kate Middleton, who also shares Prince George and Prince Louis with Prince William, saying, "Kate has done a great job guiding her, but Anne's expertise as the Princess Royal is irreplaceable. Charlotte is receiving instruction from the absolute best. However, these are basically succession lessons for when."

"Princess Anne departs, so the little one is essentially being schooled on huge issues for a young mind, including death and international responsibilities that come with being a member of the royals," the insider noted.

On the other hand, insiders suggests Princess Charlotte could also break some royal traditions.

While there is a tradition of wearing tiaras before marriage, Princess Margaret wore the Cartier Halo tiara to a state banquet in 1956 before her wedding and Princess Anne herself wore a tiara as a teenager, long before her marriage to Captain Mark Phillips, the source claimed, "Charlotte could break with tradition if she chose."

Adding, "but it's really more about the right timing and situation than rigid rules."
