Taylor Swift spills shocking workout routine before Eras Tour
The popstar revealed six-month grind before her biggest tour yet
Taylor Swift made sure to get herself ready for her biggest tour yet, as she knew it was going to be tough.
In the latest episode of her Disney+ docuseries, End of an Era, the Life of a Showgirl star opened up about her intense workout routine she started six months prior to her Eras tour that ran from March 2023 to December 2024.
"I've never worked out this much in my life—it's horrible," Taylor joked in episode three of the End of an Era.
The August hitmaker went on to say, "I really had to up my game in terms of physical training. Six months ahead of my first rehearsal, running on the treadmill every single day at the tempo of the songs that I was playing while singing them out loud. Anything's hard when you're scaling the entire length of an NFL stadium.”
"I think I run like eight miles in this show," she said, referring to her ongoing tour at the time of filming.
Moreover, the Eras tour also marked Taylor's longer shows than her previous concerts.
"There are a lot of things that we pulled off on this tour that I've never even attempted on past tours. I think the longest show I ever did before was two hours and fifteen minutes," she admitted in the episode released on December 19.
