ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) directed the counsel for the petitioners to remove registrar office objections in Toshakhana-2 case besides adjourning the hearing of the case.
The petition against the registrar office objections on Toshakhana-2 case came up for hearing in IHC Thursday.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the case. Advocate Suleman Safdar counsel for petitioners appeared in the court.
The court inquired what are the objections.
Suleman Safdar said objection was raised that attested copies were not attached. All orders have been attached with attested copies. “Winter vacations were given to all people but we have not been granted these vacations. Three hearings of the case are taking place in a week. Hearing of trial is being held beyond courts time schedule too. Trial court was trying to wrap up case in winter. 7 witnesses have appeared. Court has summoned 3 witnesses today too. Trial of Toshakhana 2 case is moving ahead on fast track basis. Trial is being conducted for 4th time in a matter.
The court remarked should high court say to trial court not to conduct trial.
The court directed the counsels of the petitioners to remove objections of registrar office. The hearing of the case was adjourned.
