Ex-AJK PM granted bail in PTI’s Nov 26 protest
Court grants interim bail in all five cases against bonds worth Rs5,000 each

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Tahir Abbas Supra has granted interim bail to former prime minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Abdul Qayyum Niazi in five cases, registered against PTI’s November 26 protest, preventing the police from arresting him.
During the hearing yesterday, Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan Niazi appeared in the court along with his lawyers and filed pre-arrest bail applications in five cases. The court granted interim bail in all five cases against bonds worth Rs5,000 each, sought records from the police and adjourned the hearing till February 7.
