Progress on WB-funded education project reviewed
Islamabad : The fifth meeting of the Technical Steering Committee for the World Bank-funded Emergency Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education project was held at the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.
Chaired by education secretary Mohyuddin Ahmed Wani, the meeting included the ministry’s additional secretary, senior joint secretaries (administration and IC), and the director general of the NCHD, along with representatives from provincial, AJK, and GB educational departments and Project Management Units. The PCU team and other attendees reviewed the progress of the ASPIRE project and set timelines to ensure its timely completion.
Meanwhile, Regional Director of Rabita al-Alam al-Islami Saad Masood al Harthi called on Mr Wani and discussed with him potential collaboration, particularly focusing on girls' education.
