The future of Pakistan depends on our commitment to effective and accessible family planning solutions. With our population growing so quickly, we need to look closely at how well our family planning strategies are working and their impact on our society. The population of Pakistan is over 240 million and keeps growing at a rapid rate, even though we have family planning services available. Why is there such a gap between what we aim for and what we achieve? This gap is caused by a blend of social, cultural, and systemic problems that weaken our family planning efforts.
We must tackle access issues, rethink cultural and religious barriers, improve education, empower women, and increase funding for family planning. These changes are critical for the well-being of our society and the future of our country. I urge policymakers, community leaders, and citizens to think seriously about family planning and its impact. It is time to reconsider our approach and ensure everyone can make informed choices about their reproductive health. Only then can we build a better future for Pakistan.
