Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan want to make a film together
Aamir, Shah Rukh and Salman have all been a part of the movies for over 30 years now
ISLAMABAD: Aamir Khan, who was recently seen at the Ambani pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar as he danced with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan on “Naatu Naatu”, has hinted that there might be a collaboration between the three Khans in the near future. Aamir hosted an Instagram live on his birthday on Thursday and during this chat, one of his fans asked him if there was a possibility of a collaboration between the three actors.
Aamir said that the three of them have discussed this and are of the strong belief that they should be making one film together for their fans. “I also think that the three of us should work on a film together. And when we were together – me, Salman and Shah Rukh – we talked about this that during our careers, the three of us should try to work in a film together. For us, and also for our audience. Now let’s see what happens ahead. I hope we get a good story so we get to do this. I think all three of us are very keen to work with each other. It’s been quite a while now. We should definitely the right time. This is the right time.”
Aamir, Shah Rukh and Salman have all been a part of the movies for over 30 years now. They have all made cameo appearances in each other’s films. Shah Rukh and Aamir have never co-starred in a film but Aamir and Salman have worked together in Rajkumar Santoshi’s Andaz Apna Apna. In the same chat, Aamir also shared an update on Andaz Apna Apna 2 and revealed that Santoshi has been working on the sequel of the script.
Andaz Apna Apna released in 1994 and starred Aamir, Salman, Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor in lead roles with Paresh Rawal, Shakti Kapoor also starring in the film. While it did not work at the box office at the time, the film gained recognition in later years and is currently seen as one of the best comedy films of the Indian cinema.
