Attaullah Khan Esakhelvi debunks death rumours in video message
Attaullah Esakhelvi said, “For those who have spread baseless rumours regarding my death, I bear no ill will towards you. May God guide you towards the right path.”
Legendary folk singer Attaullah Khan Esakhelvi in a video message has come forth rubbishing rumours of his death propagated via social media on Thursday.
Expressing gratitude to his fans and the people who prayed for his swift recovery, Esakhelvi said that he is perfectly fine now.
However, he said that the false rumours of his death circulating widely are not to be believed.
He continued, “I was informed of some of the bizarre rumours circulating the social media. However, I’m extremely grateful to everyone who prayed for my speedy recovery. I couldn’t stand properly while I was receiving this civil award but I can walk just fine now.”
Esakhelvi concluded, “For those who have spread baseless rumours regarding my death, I bear no ill will towards you. May God guide you towards the right path.”
