Sanjay Dutt denies contesting for Lok Sabha polls, extends support to sister
Earlier famed Indian actor Salman Khan had also tweeted to deny the rumors of him contesting for elections:
MUMBAI: Bollywood's acclaimed actor actor Sanjay Dutt has come forth rubbishing the rumors of contesting for Lok Sabha elections and has rather extended support to his sister for the polls who’s a Congress candidate From Mumbai.
Clarifying the rumors of him contesting for Lok Sabha elections, Sanjay took to twitter:
"The rumor about me contesting for the Loksabha elections is not true. I stand with my country and in full support for my sister @PriyaDutt_INC. I urge everyone to come out in maximum numbers and cast their vote for our nation!"
Earlier famed Indian actor Salman Khan had also tweeted to deny the rumors of him contesting for elections:
"Contrary to the rumours I am not contesting elections nor campaigning for any political party.."
On the work front, Sanjay will soon be seen on the screens in upcoming Karan Johar’s movies ‘Kalank’ and ‘Panipat’.
Kalank will hit the big screens on 17th April.
