Kangana Ranaut offered a mighty Rs 25 crore for Jayalalithaa biopic

The fierce and outspoken Queen of Bollywood, Kangana Ranut is changing the perception of women actors getting less paid as she has continually acted as the voice for women empowerment and gender-based injustices that stand tall in the showbiz industry.

With her name mounting to the pinnacles of success of late, the Manikarnika actor has been offered a whopping amount of Rs 24 crore for the Jayalalithaa biopic which, as per reports comes as the highest any actor in B-Town has been offered for a venture of South.

Earlier, on her birthday, Kangana had made the announcement of jumping on-board the bilingual film that comes as a tribute to the life and times of the actor-politician and will be titled ‘Thalaivi’ in Tamil and ‘Jaya’ in Hindi.

The makers of the film Vijay and writer KV Vijayendra Prasad have high expectations of the actor taking the film to the top of the box office.
